July 11th, 2018

On today’s show Courtney and Steven dive into 3D shoots. It is a great way to fill the off season void. On top of it, it forces you to shoot in real life scenarios. With all the steep uphill, downhill, side hill, shooting through small gaps, and variety of distances; its as real as it gets. They discuss:

  • The importance of year round shooting.
  • Putting 3D shoots into your training regimen.
  • Good 3D shoots to attend.
  • Ways that 3D shoots can elevate you to the next level.
  • And much more.

I hope you enjoy the show!

Using Mental Strength, Fitness, and Family Support to Come Back From Four Major Surgeries with Courtney LeVesque and Steven Dahn - Episode 8

June 27th, 2018

Today Courtney and Steven sit down and talk about Courtney's comeback from 4 major surgeries that she has gone through since late December. They go over not only why she had to undergo these procedures, but more importantly the tool she had to utilize in order to continue forward. They also talk about the impact on the family and what you can expect as a partner when helping a loved one through a string of tough times.  They discuss the power of exercise and how it can burn the stress hormones that piled high from an abundance of inactivity and what it takes to not only find motivation to keep pushing, but to maintain that motivation. Courtney and Steven dig deep and get a bit vulnerable in this episode.
